Very kind and knowledgeable staff on allergens, able to satisfy the needs of those suffering from food allergies and intolerances. Gluten-free pizza is definitely one of the best (or maybe the best) I've ever tasted. Kamut flour is also excellent. The mixed fried appetizers are recommended, including gluten-free ones, as delicious as the traditional ones. Starters and pizzas are certainly to be accompanied with Troilo craft beer, both blonde and double malt. The latter with a light bitter note and very fresh and aromatic. Last but not least, the prices are really very honest. I would also add that it is easy to find a place within 100 meters of the venue and the area is very quiet. The place is also suitable for families with children. There are tables both inside and outside and to dine on site it is advisable to book. The pizzeria offers takeaway service but not home delivery.

The pizza chef is also a Schar gluten-free pizza technician, a guarantee for celiacs or those intolerant to gluten. When you combine technique with quality products the result can only be top! I was there last night. I had an emergency for my girlfriend's birthday, basically we were running out of time. We were served quickly and smoothly. Excellent food, I recommend the Fato pizza to those who love mushrooms and prawns, excellent service, very fair price. The only flaw, but not much, is that the place is a bit small for all the people who were there yesterday. All largely solvable if the weather permits by also having outside seating. Very normal price, but the quality of the product deserves all that money. I highly recommend it to everyone, in the meantime one thing is for sure. I will be back!!!
